Acceptance of Terms: Users must agree to the terms of service to use the platform by clicking a checkbox and that by using the platform, they agree to abide by the terms. Description of Service: We provide Hemp, Clothing, and crystals to customers & information about astrology User Accounts: Details about user accounts, including registration requirements, account security, and responsibilities of users to keep their account information accurate and up to date. It is the user's responsibility to keep their information accurate and up to date and also make sure they keep their account secure. Users must use a valid email to create an account. Buying and Selling: Rules and guidelines for buying and selling goods or services on the platform, including payment processing, shipping, returns, and disputes. We do check identity to make sure you are of legal age at check out. A customer has 14 days for regular purchases and 3 days for Consumables(Hemp) to return the package items after delivery. Once the package is received we will process your return. We do accept exchanges but not for Hemp products due to safety reasons. Returns usually take 2-7 business days to show on your bank account.If you have recently placed an order and wish to cancel it, please do so by 3pm cst (Chicago). If the order is already in transit, we will cancel the order and refund your payment, but a last-minute cancellation fee of $4.20 will be applied. Please note that if you decide to cancel the order while it's in transit, do not open the package or tamper with the merchandise. Tampering with the package can result in disqualification in a refund. Packages will be inspected for any punctures or tampering with the seal. Your refund will be given once the package is sent back to us. To cancel an order, please fill out the form below or contact Sales@astroworlld.com with Cancel in the subject line (check spam mail). Fees and Payments: Late cancelation results in a fee of 4.20$. Content and Conduct: Rules regarding user-generated content, such as product listings, reviews, comments, and messages. This section may include guidelines for acceptable content, prohibited items, and consequences for violating the rules. You can be refused service if comments are egregious to the company or other customers. You can be denied service if you use any type of profanity toward employees during customer service. The user's account can be suspended or terminated if fraudulent behavior is suspected, Frequent Chargebacks, and false identity. Changes to Terms: service may be updated or modified, and users will be notified of such changes. The terms and policy can be updated anytime, customers will receive email about changes to terms/service or receive notification at check out.
