PURCHASES OVER 350$ will have to go through a 3D secure evaluation to make sure the purchase is not fraud, Cards origin from foreign countries will require evaluation.
The evaluation process could consist of:
1. Request for the one-time passcode sent via text message (SMS) or email.
2. Request for a biometric scan (fingerprint or face ID on their phone).
3. Redirection to their card-issuing bank

When adding Hemp product to the cart you will have to provide proof of identification at checkout using agechecker.net which is incorparated within the site.

RETURNS

If you're experiencing any issues with your purchase, please fill out the form located under cancellation , to get in touch with our support team. We will work with you to ensure that any problems or inconveniences are resolved as quickly as possible.
A customer has 14 days for regular purchases to return the package items after delivery. . Once the package is received we will process your return. We do accept exchange but not for Hemp products due to safety reasons. Returns usually take 2-7 business days to show on your bank account. Please email mercury@blu3aliens or fill out the form located under cancellation.
To Refund your purchase make sure you follow these rules :

If you have recently placed an order and wish to cancel it, please do so by 3pm cst (Chicago). If the order is already in transit after 3pm , we will cancel the order and refund your payment, but a last-minute cancellation fee of $4.20 will be applied. Please note that if you decide to cancel the order while it's in transit, do not open the package or tamper with the merchandise.Tampering with package can result in disqualification in refund.Packages will be inspected for any punctures or tampering with the seal.
